What does it cost to list my retreat?

There are no upfront costs to list your retreat. We charge a 10% commission on each successful booking made through our platform.

How will I manage bookings?

We handle the booking process for you! You’ll receive notifications for every confirmed booking along with customer details to manage logistics.

How do I receive payments for bookings?

After a booking is confirmed, payments (minus our commission) will be transferred to your bank account within 7 business days of the retreat start date.

Can I edit my retreat details after it’s listed?

Yes, simply contact our support team with the updates, and we’ll make the necessary changes.

What happens if a customer cancels their booking?

Cancellation policies are set by you and communicated on your listing. Our team will assist in managing cancellations and refunds according to your terms.
